RRPS Aims for Zero Waste
Every day is a recycling day at RRPS! Please consider joining RRPS in its efforts to aim for zero waste in its school cafeterias, classrooms, offices and athletic events.  Zero waste is a philosophy that encourages the redesign of resource life cycles so that all products are reused. No trash is sent to landfills and incinerators. See how one southwestern campus is using “aversion” and “diversion” to reach its goals.  Click here to read about UNM's efforts.

Frozen Food Fundraiser
The items for our Frozen Food Fundraiser will arrive at the school this Friday, November 21st. Please plan to pick up your student's product and prizes between 4:15 and 6:30 pm Friday evening at the Kinder Dropoff/Pickup Lane. Due to the nature of the product and its shelf life, we are not able to send the items home in your student's back pack nor store it over the weekend. If your order contains Pretzel Dogs, please be aware that this item is on back order and this portion of your order will arrive after the Thanksgiving break. We will contact those families affected by this delay of new arrival date once it is known. If you are unable to pick up the Frozen Food items, please make arrangements to have another adult pick them up for you by Friday 6:30 pm.  Thank you.
